Working with Jesse Garcia on the sale of my home and purchase of new home exceeded my expectations.
He was very professional, patient, responsive and highly knowledgeable about the areas I was looking into. He was very thorough in explaining the process, and time frames for the sale of my home and purchase of new home. He was quick to respond to my calls, reply to emails or text inquires regardless of the time of day. I left him a message one evening because I wanted to make an offer on a house I had seen while driving around, Jesse called me back within minutes & was willing to schedule a meeting to work on the offer that same night. He was very accommodating with my schedule and scheduled showing of homes according to my availability which sometimes meant seeing me after hours or schedule a showing on a weekend. I needed to buy a big home (4-5 bed rooms), In a good area and stay within a certain price range and Jesse worked hard in making sure that I got the size of home I told him I needed, in a good area and most importantly within my price range.
